The plate harness can be used in conjunction with NIJ111A armour that has not been fitted with plate pockets. The tabard cover houses 10” x 12” front and back upgrade plates, with elasticised side straps to hold the tabard in place.  This harness can be purchased with or without plates. This harness is only available in Black.
