The price shown on this site at time of ordering will be the price you are charged for your goods, and that price will be clearly stated on your order confirmation email. Currency rates are reviewed on a weekly basis. We make every effort to ensure that currency rates are reflective of the foreign exchange rates. Delivery and Postage Securty Sense's aim is to provide the best possible delivery service for our customers. Our order fulfilment department will take care of all of your orders. We process and despatch orders received before 1500GMT on day of receipt. All other orders will be despatched next working day. We only work with premium distributors – Royal Mail, national and international couriers and carriers, to ensure the best possible customer service. If a stock out situation should occur – Security Sense will contact you and inform you of expected date of despatch.
Shipping charges will be applied at checkout and will be based on weight and destination. The shipping charge will be clearly stated before your account is debited. If you are unhappy with this price you can cancel the order at no cost. Guarantee & Returns If you would like to cancel your order, Contact Us either through our online form or by calling +44 (0) 28 4065 1414. Please be aware that every effort will be made to cancel or change your order if it has not yet shipped. If your order has shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to change it. You will then have to return the item as described below. Returns In the event of you not being happy with any product you order from Security Sense, please contact us at your earliest possible convenience to obtain a return number. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded. The return of non-faulty items will incur a 15% charge on total cost of items purchased, plus the cost incurred by us to send the goods to the customer. Postage and packaging costs to return goods will not be refunded on non faulty items. Please ensure that any returned goods are properly packaged to avoid breakages. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage. We will refund your purchase within seven working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs.
